@doctabako: hehehe... i just saw this now:
Preferences|Edit Connection|"your connection name"
Connect to: Phone
Via: Bluetooth
Device: "your T68i"
Model: Sony-E.T68i
Details:
Speed: 19,200 bps
Init String: X1E0+CMEE=1;+CSCS="GSM";V1

Don't think that's the problem since i can use the wap browser, sms, and phone dialer on my Tungsten connected to the t68i just fine It's only webpro that's not working. Tried what you said, but it couldn't connect so i went back to old settings. I think the init string is specific for an individual device. Thanks a lot bro, maybe the reinstall will work.

@bal_yee thank for persisting even if i already gave up. It's alive er..it works. The CID thing clinched it. I made a new data account for the internet APN and i didn't know that you had to change the dial up no. to correspond with the cid. Didn't even have to input DNS settings. Even versamail works. I use BT to connect by the way. Thanks a lot bro, you've been a BIG help. Now if only we can connect again using the free www APN.....:-D

free gprs??? from globe??? i dont think so... i'm guessing that it has something to do with their release of the PDA-Phone Combo, i was there in the mapalad meeting where they presented the Tungsten W and i guess they found out that Tungsten T owners are able to surf free coz of the free APN... anyway, i'm glad you got it working na... are u a BnC forumer too? i was able to locate again where i got that configuration and i posted the link at BnC... |

you lost me there, what's BnC. I'm a newbie at palm computing, having gotten my first pda, the T/T only a month ago. The only forum i regularly browse regarding pda's is brighthand. is that what you mean?

Can anyone tell me how I can get my Palm M130 to swap contacts and calendar items with my T68i? I have downloaded the SMS Phone Driver onto the Palm and this works ok, but if I try to beam stuff they can't find each other..
Any help would be much appreciated!!

You need to download an app for that. Try GSMtool at the palmgear website

for those you search a Palm Software which can be used to send jpgs, gif or any nounderstoodbyourcrappalms format, there's a soft that is called ExBox which can be setup to receive any format on the palm.... the ony problem is that you can't see your jpegs or gifs with... by i think if you have a memory-stick or CF or SD palm, you can send the jpg or gifs to your memory card and so read the pics with Acid soft...
you can find ExBox on Palmgear.com
