This is an idea i have.....

The mca-20 has inbuilt memory right...... But you can't send pictures to it, i presume for the same reason you can't by cable..

My idea is:
Make an attachment that clips onto the t68i which is nothing more than a bunch of solid state memory, a few mb worth.
It feeds off the t68i battery.
Make it bluetooth so you can pair it and send pictures/whatever to it.
Have an accessories menu for it so you can turn bluetooth on and off to save battery and use the menu to send pictures/whatever to the phone. A t68i with mb's worth of storage! Not just 299k which i have left at the moment.

And lets not stop there! make a pc reader for the attachment, clip it to your pc and manage the files there! I see this as being the easy bit!

This would be so cool (probably expensive but still cool)
I would buy one anyway.

Have you seen the size of the usb keyring storage things, they are tiny and you can get up to 2 gig, and some of the bluetooth headsets are small too, so i don't think it would be that big, no bigger than the communicam for sure. But it would definateley be expensive. I agree SE will probably never make them though

Something thats small, compatible & comes with bluetooth is allready available, just buy another t68i from ebay to use as storage.they will be cheap as chips when p800 is out.

Oh of course, i was being silly really....but it WOULD be a far easier way to do it than develope a new gadget for a (it`s fair to say) phone thats near it`s end. remember the (not yet) latest pnone from se solves this common problem by encluding a memory stick, which i`m looking forward to using,....it`s always refreshing to see peoples ideas though.

you could mod the sofware on the mp3 player to act as extra memory
then you could use mmc cards

.....i say the t68i is near it`s end because it`s lack of polyphonics, java & only 256 colour although i am still VERY happy to continue with mine. i am allways impressed with quallity of pics taken in 640x480 when sent to my laptop.

If you`ve got £350 to spare why not buy a 512mb SD card & rob the reader part off an ipaq to make the "memory box".

The mp3 idea is a pretty good one!!!

t68i near it's end as a top of the range phone..... yeah, i totaly agree.

t68i near it's end.... i'm gonna have to disagree, most of my friends have got 3330's / 8210's t39's and so on, one even has an old beat up 3210! (he's skint, needless to say!!!), they are only just getting on to thinking about getting colour and mms phones and i think the t68i is going to be a winner for some time just yet. I will be moving on with my phone in the not too distant future purely cause i love having the latest gadgets, but there are so many people who are just happy to have an average phone.
