I have a Tmobile MDA that's literarily dead. it froze one morning and as usual, I reset it and it came back on. i noticed an hour later that it was off again and tried to turn it on without success. I've tried removing the battery for a while, still it does not work. my computer is no longer able to recognise my device saying it has malfunctioned. can anyone here be of help, as there are no tmobile shops here. any suggestion is welcome please.

@amby: If it is completely dead, try changing the battery and see. If it comes on every other time, try a hard reset...press and hold the comm manager button and voice command button at the same time.Push the reset button with your stylus and continue holding those buttons until the screen goes off. Follow the on screen instructions when it powers on. _________________
