Hi All,

Phone: T68i

FW: R5D007

Settings on phone: Time zone set to GMT +8.00 (where I live), AutoTimeZone set to ON, Daylight saving set to Wintertime.

Settings on desktop PC: Time zone set to GMT +8.00

Problem:
After I sync to Outlook Calendar, I noticed that those appointments appeared in my phone at the wrong times!! All of them seemed to be advanced by 8 hours!! However, if I change the time zone settings on my phone to GMT+0, the appointment times appear to be ok. This is bad as I will need to stick to GMT+0 (which is not my timezone where I live) and my phone will always prompt to change time zone everytime I power it up.

Can anyone advise on this? My settings are all correct, aren't they? This problem happens on older FW revision as well. All help are appreciated. Thx!!

hmm, I had that as well, all my apointments and calendar items were a day and an hour out.. but it turned out that was because I was using the software that came with my DLINK BT adaptor to sync my PIM. Now that I am using XTNDConnect everything works sweet..
NB: I also did a master reset on my phone before I installed XTNDConnect and started using it ..

How do you do a master reset on the phone? Will it clear all bluetooth, wap, profile etc settings?
