I have a Brand New Rogers AT&T SIM Card for use on their GSM network. The card has never been used; it's still in it's plastic housing and no phone number has been assigned to it. Rogers charges at least $26.75 for this same card after tax.

Hi. No, they are not prepaid. These cards are virgin GSM cards that require activation associated with a monthly plan. You need to call up Rogers and have them activate it. |
