If i start Video Call from menu the image freeze after few seconds, if i initiate a video call the same sh** happens. If i switch to main camera everything is ok but image freeze back when i switch to video call camera.
Firmware is R1GB001
same problem with R1CE001 too. phone is vfe_live3

It would be nice to know what phone you have. It sounds like the hardware could be at fault if you have tried it with two different firmwares. Is it under warrenty still (bearing in mind most new SE phones have a 2 year warrenty)? If it is then take it to a service centre or where you bought it from and get it looked at.
