Hi I've search in the forum but hasnt found my answer.
Many people have complaint about if you hold down the NO-button for 10 sec it shuts down.
Now my question is , is this fixed in the new R5D version?

it's not a bug, it's a feature....
you can find that function on many and Ericsson phones... it's the same function as the Ctrl + Alt + Delete on ordinary computers.... |

why you hold it down for 10 sec? if you push it once its enough. to exit a menu or something.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

I don't think that many people are intentionally holding the button down, except when it freezes, but rather it kinda happens when it's in your pocket. Which can be annoying! |

This is a feature, accept it, its not a bug as since i have started Uni and started learning assembler (we use the arm found in nearly every phone worldwide) it will have had to been written in purposefully, so not a bug!

Is it so hard to make a option so you can disable it if you want?
if the phone crash you can allways take away the battery |

it is actually quite hard, but, why should they have to, just dont press the no button for long periods of time!
Its only done it to me twice in a year, so i see no problem. I bet people who own a T65, and R600 etc dont want to have to take there battery out everytime there phone crashes, and i've noticed a major comonality between SW, as they all use basically the same processor, and hardware,

Excellent example! You can always press the reset button or power button or pull the plug on your pc, but we all still hit ctrl+alt+del

I think you should read what I said before.
and YES my computer does NOT restart when I press ctrl+alt+del!!!
infact you can't restart NT like that.
And NO you cant allways press ctrl+alt+del when a system crashes.
sometimes you must hard reset it or pull the plug, ctrl+alt+del are software reset.
and its much harder to accidentally hold down 3 keys that are located at diffrent places on the keybord, than press/hold 1 button, maby even one of the most accessible button on T68
and its hard to "get over it" when you miss alot of calls everyday, if you cant see the problem with that maby you should think about why you purchase a phone!! If the biggest reason was the games, then end of discussion.

I have owned almost every se and ericsson phone to date, and i have never had this problem, including the t68i. I think you foot know how to carry a phone, or there is a malfunction with your phone.
