Sending photos to Flickr from N95 |

Hi all, got my N95 today - which is very nice - but I'm having problems setting the phone up to send photos to flickr. I've put in my user name and password (which I know to be 100% correct), but I get the error message:
"Authentication failed. Check user name and password"
Anyone got it to work? Anyone know why it's not working for me?
Thanks in advance! |

did you check the mobile page on flickr....? there you can find your login details! It's not your yahoo login!

I thought you were on to something, until I reached the mobile page, and it asked for my Yahoo ID - the same details I had entered on my N95. I guess Flickr just doesn't like my phone.
Thanks anyway! |

First you login with your yahoo id to flickr, then check the mobile page on flickr, you see your userid and password (numbers) that should do the trick. At least for me....

I think I've found the problem - the flickr settings are incorrect on the N95. The URL it connects to doesn't work, and it can't be edited. Seems the only way around this is to go online to the mobile site and upload from there, rather than from the N95 gallery. |

When I get to the mobile page, I see this:
Where are you seeing your login details??
In any case, I'm very disappointed that I can't upload directly from within Gallery; I have to actually go online to the Flickr site and upload that way. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? |

On your pc you have to go to the flickr site. Then you see on the right the mobile option. They say it very clear that you have to enter the following login details.

Nope, can't see it. I've looked on the main page where it asks to sign in, and also on the main page once I'm signed in. As the tree said to the lumberjack, I'm stumped. Any chance you could put up a screencap of where this mobile option is? I could only find it through a Google search (m.flicker.com). Sorry to be a pain! |

I've finally cracked it! After all that studying of the FLickr page and getting nowhere, I finally found the page you were referring to - via the Nokia Singapore website, of all places. I was looking at software downloads and I stumbled across the link.
All is now well; I can upload straight to Flickr from my N95! |
