I think it is possible but you need to set up a server or some sort - not the easiest way, that's for sure!

SE P990i. In my country you can buy it for only about USD 440 (unlocked and unbranded). Dunno the price of it in ur place.

phones are about £320 is I paid £330 for a T-Mobile one,
and good news is you can debrand them anyways

n95 is good
P990i is good as well.
have used both, they are great phones.
memorycards are pretty cheap for them both as well so memory isnt much of a issue,
i brought my 2gb sandisc card for my n95 for £12 and i brought a fake 4gb card for my p990i for about £25.
