Hi,
Cant understand whats going on with 3!!
I am due an upgrade, when i asked for a Nokia n73 i was told the only handsets were refurbished ones as this is an old handset now,i have 2 lines with 3 when i got my first N73 in November 06 i was told it had just come out.
I then asked for a Nokia n80(older handset i know but still very good)
I was told about the Nokia n95 by 3 customer services and once i had heard all the info decided this was the one for me. I have now been fobbed off for 10weeks by 3cs sayin "we are expecting the handset any day now".
WHY IF THE NOKIA N73 IS OLD NOW WHY ISNT THEIR A REPLACEMEMT AVAILABLE NOW?
I UNDERSTAND THEIR IS DIFFERENCES WITH 3 PHONES COMPARED TO OTHER NETWORKS BUT EVERYONE ELSE HAS IT SURELY IT CANT TAKE 3 THIS LONG
The outcome is i am fed up waiting and have gone somewhere else to get it and when my other contract expires in november i will cancel that as well, |

The N73 certainly wasn't just released last November i think it was released approx 6 months earlier, but from what i understand 3 do some heavy branding of the software on all the handsets they release.
They also don't seem the fastest at being able to release new devices either, although having said that their X series devices and the service they offer with them are very good. 3 and T-Mobile currently are the only 2 Networks that have come out with realistic Data price plans and IMO 3 offers are even better with their Skype and Slingbox add on.

Dogmann's right  and "3" suck so much anyway, why pick one point to rave on about? As to phone range: check www.o2.ie, and check what THEY have!!!

the adverts that 3 run in the papers have the pics of the handsets and beside most of them in very small print it says reconditioned handset! |
