Problems with Chatboard. |

Hi everyone. Please help.
1. There is a shortcut to the phone book on the chatboard, but it goes right to "Add new contact", and doesn't give the option to look up a contact. Can I cange it? Is it fixable?
2. There are also buttons for WWW, Email, and Attach that I haven't been able to make a good use for. How to assess an email or WAP or go to "My Pictures" right from the chatboard.

Those www/email/attach buttons are made exclusively for use with SMS, apparently. The SE designers haven't had enough foresight to anticipate people to use more with actual email and WWW (rather than pasting email and WWW shortcuts into SMSs) | |
