hey everyone, I've briefly searched the forum and found a link to mobile9.com.

I downloaded several games from there but when I install them they only take up a quarter of the screen, or even less.

Are there any similar Web sites that have games for k800i only?

I remember an old alphabetical listing on a blogspot web site but don't have the link anymore..!

more games are designed for K750 than K800, but for the half of screen thingy, set the screen size to respective apps default size...

lately i found out that games which are designed for K800 (240 320) are come in 3D version mostly (i.e. asphalt street rules 3D). try to check it out in google...

It depends a little of how well-designed the game or program is if the screen is used fully or not. It is very easy in a java program to ask the host about the screen dimensions with some lines of Java program code, and adjust the size of the used screen to that. Unfortunately, many programmers do not use that feature, and instead, they create canvases with fixed size or use bitmap images as background that are not easily scaled.
However, despite that the screen is not used fully, the game area is either placed in the upper left corner, or bordered with a wide black border (select the game in the Games folder, press More, and select screen size and choose176x220), and the picture therefore becomes unneccessarily small, many games designed for K700 and K750 are still fully playable on the K800i.

Yes, that's correct. If you have bluetooth on your computer, and your phone is paired with your computer, you just right-click the jar file and select "send to" / "Bluetooth" / . The phone will automatically recognise it as a java app and ask you if you want to store it in the games folder or in the programs folder.
An alternative is to use the USB cable, connect and choose file transfer mode. Then drag the jar file from your documents folder to the "other" folder of either your phone memory or your memory card. After that, in the phone, mark the jar file, press menu and select install.
