Need help with my Nokia N80 please ) |

Well i ve changed the cover back to its original and it was very hard!
But what annoyed me is the fone is now not functioning properly and i was wondering if there was anyone out there that could help me resolve these two issues.
1) The sound is not as loud as it was, it is now about half of what it was. e.g. when on music player when on 100%, it sounds like 50%
2) When i slide the fone downwards, the fone screen goes white and i cant do anything, however the fone is still functioning, just a white screen.
Please help as it is my main phone and it jus angers me taht after about 4 hours work trying to do this, its backfired on me like this.

My sound is strangely working now and is quite loud, just the white screen when closing the fone. Help!

probably the screen wasnt replced well and the speakers are moved a bit... imo u should dismantle it and visit nokia service. of course u can experiment with it, but its really not worth, that u accidently brake or loose an apart

i think its got something to do with locking cos usually it goes lock keypad? instead it just goes white.. help!

however i think ive voided the warranty?

indeed, any replacement could void the warrnty, lets hope u didnt caused further bugs...

hard to say where u gone wrong with n80, seems the cable was damaged or broken or some contacts there...the best way is to let it check by an expert, there some variations for the real source of the bug.
