I have a big problem with my W850.
I my phone stays in idle a couple of hours (no talking) i can't receive any calls (it says: The X Customer could not be contacted...) - i have 5 of 5 bars at signal. After i talk with someone, it's ok, but after a period of a few hours, the same thing happens.
Is there a way i could fix that?

Try updating the firmware using the Sony Ericsson Update service, downloadable from SE's website.

btw, welcome!

Either send the phone off to be serviced, or you can try a full reflash using a programme/site like wotanserver, a credit costs 7 euros but that might fix the phone.
