Windoze Cant Recognize W810i |

I just got my w810i a few days ago and I've been trying to connect it to my pc, but have had no luck so far. I installed the disc and every time I plug it in a balloon message appears saying something like "usb device not recognized: one of the usb devices has malfuntioned, and windows does not recognize it".
I have spent hours trying to fix it, played with the settings, uninstalled installed, repaired. and still can't manage to get it hooked up. I hate windoze:( | |

try uninstalling the driver sw and then reinstall...
