Welcome to Esato
The code has be optained from T-Mobile
To enter the code you need to enter <**< from the standby screen. Entering the wrong code to many times will permanently lock the phone

Usually you get the code after the subscription expires (1 or 2 years).
They will not give it to you because you got a discount when you got the phone.
That is why. |

But there are online unlocking sites, which do the job for much less bucks...

@aatuif, 50 euros is the cheapest I've seen, unless you know a cheaper one?

...or even a better and much cheaper alternative 'd be to get in touch with some employee of the operator co., he can pass on the unlocking code, with only $20 to $25 at the max, changing hands, since it is a pretty expensive mob...
otherwise i've 'd my friend's cheap mob. unlocked for just about $2.5...

We CAN NOT give you a code as it is specific to your handset. Only T-Mobile can give it to you. They probably wont give it to you though if you are not a T-Mobile customer and if they do it will cost a minimum of £15.
Davinci team can also unlock it remotely for 50 euros.
