Not sure how this happened?

Usually when I go in to write a new message I can add animations or pictures or the sounds. Now if I'm writing a message and go to "Add Item", then try "Animations", I just get a message pop up saying "No Files". Same goes for "Picture" and "Sound Effect". I also can't display them if someone sends them to me .i.e. if someone sent me a message with an animation in it, it just comes up blank.

I've tried doing a master reset on the phone (Settings only) but hasn't fixed it. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks
Sean

what phone are you using anyway? it probably happened cos' you did a master reset beforehand? anyways congratulations, cos' many has tried to actually delete the sounds and content that came preloaded with the phone .

sad to say, a master reset would do nothing for you. but you can try redownloading the official contents from the SE website. just point your browser to wap.sonyericsson.com from your phone. cheers

It's a K800i. Didn't do any kind of Master Reset before this. Never use the sounds or pictures but I would send the odd animation in a message. I noticed it a month or two ago, never really thought much of it. Then tried to use it the other day, thought restarting the phone may have done it, but didn't. Then I tried a Master Reset of the settings only which done nothing either.

It's nothing major, I'm not going to lose sleep over it, just an annoying little thing
