a revamped D900 with radio. What baffles me about this review is that Eldar failed to notice that the menu has changed a little bit, but for me its a significant change. The fonts are now really good looking. D900 had fonts used from the stone age. Whereas D900i's menu fonts look awesome. |

the fonts look really good IMO. i am impressed, even tempted. it were the fonts used in the D900 that spoilt its GUI look |

How the heck do you turn off Keypad tones on this???
it's there but you cannot select it "Baffles me this"

Think it's tied in with the theme if you've got that active background selected, though you can turn the keypad tones (along with other phone 'indicative' tones) by using the volumne key to turn it down to zero.
I think you have to select a normal wallpaper to just turn the keypad tones off!

No problems reported by others with my D90 - have you got the 'voice clarity' feature turned on, I have so far with no problems.
Try a generic wallpaper or a picture you've taken and see if you can change the keypad tones then.

Voice claritys off I turned that off and it made the call abit better,
I reck it's something to do with the signal btw
i'll have a play with the wallpapers

That's one doubt I do have with the phone, and that's the signal level does seem dissapointing. I've had second thoughts and decided to take my K800i on holiday with me, better battery life, better signal, and better camera and flash!
Not getting rid of the D900 just yet though, I do like the phone, and do have a weakness for Samsung sliders!
