A few days before the sale the before owner said that the handsfree stopped working. He had not done anything strange with it. It just stopped work one day. When i try to connect to it it just says "unable to connect" One time i could enter the code but did not get any further. No fuse is broke. Have tried to "Pull the plug" but it did not get better. Pse help.

Ask the previous owner for details of whose supplied the HCB-300 and who fitted it. If it was fitted by a non-specialist installer, the warranty may be void anyway. Have the installer remove the Electronic control box for repair, or if not under warranty you could remove it yourself and take it to an Authorised Repairer.
