Just when you thought mobiles phones couldn't get any crazier this comes along, which has 7.1 sound with 9 speakers and also runs on Windows Vista.

And its of course made by the ever ever-resourceful chinese ,no word yet on priceing or availability but this is one chinese handset i would go out of my way to own, here are some of the phones features below: source:j.a.m.blog

Whats the point? All the speakers are next to each other. You might as well have one big speaker.

BOSE can do surround sound with only two speakers, so this idea may not be that far fetched?

well each speaker can have different sounds and volumes coming out of it, giving it a 3D simulated sound.
Anyway, I'm more interested in knowing the following.
How fast does Vista boot up on it.
Why do Chinese phones ALL have that damn icons on the screen.
Why do Chinese companies ALWAYS ruin a good thing. Sometimes I'll see an AMAZING copy, but with ONE ugly design flaw which ruins it all. It's like the make it ugly on purpose.
Look at that crap keypad!

ha, it says on the phone 7.1 stereo sound. so it doesnt have a surround processor then

so this means the 9 speakers are stereo only....still must be quite loud though.
