I hav visited many nokia service center in many cites, where i see very long ques and they take months to repair even minor problems.

Thats because nokia sell in huge no. so it is obvious that even 0.5% per state/ region of those cell get spoilt there r huge lines.

dont forget, that a nokia service is maybe just a partner service, so they have to send it in the centres to solve the problems. an official partner service doesnt mean, that they are allowed to flash/clean/repair etc the fone,u can leave it there instead of posting by yourself to the right service

Its because nokia sells the most. What you can do is do most of the jobs yourself, like the new nokia pc suite has the option of updating the firmware by yourself. Btw do you think creating a thread will help you get rid of the queues-? Lol..

Its true, alot of people say its coz of their volumes in sales but I disagree, Samsung sells alot but get very few back!

Bobafett, u c ,thats the truth. I have never seen such big crowds @ sonyericsson o samsung service centers. Even the recently arrived N95 that i bought few weeks ago, began to restart after a weeks use so i returnd and got my money bak. So thats the reality.

While I have no reason to doubt what you say, I'm just very surprised I can't find anything on google relating to that high volume and even more surprised that Nokia are still selling them if returns are at that high level?
