k800i camera problem.HELP! |

ive got an k800i it's worked fine until now. i cannot acces the camera. the message from the phone is " Another application is running. Close it and then start the camera". somebody knows how to fix this problem?.
ive updated my firmware from r1jc002 to r1jG001, and that didnt solved the problem. thx.

are you running a java game/app when you attempt to open da camera?
if not, you must take it to repair, imo.

looks like a hardware problem. anyway try these:
1. try using the camera with the memory card removed.
2. try master reset.
3. try the r1k firmware. |

i've also faced da same problem with my k790i.... first it died then i got a replacement, but now camera is not working... n i'm sure it a harware problem 'cause it hapened many times ... and when u shake it hard or hit it slightly on a hard surface from side it starts working... and again if any vibration happens it stops working...

thanx for the reply guy.i'vw notice that's only happends when i use 3g aplication and i use the rear camera. you're right. i've fix the problem kickng the phone on a hard surface. probably it has a button that stucks ..or something.thx again
