Hi there.

just purchased the k800i and having trouble obtaining tomtom Traffic updates (with my PDA HP ipaq 4700)with this set.

This is done via bluetooth (using phone as modem). Both devices are paired. I know that the connection string is correct as it works with my old phone (w800i).

However with the k800i I notice that there is no GPRS service under data communication menu . The only choice is 'PS and CS' or 'CS only'. The 'PS and CS' is selected.

the PDA establishes a connection with the phone then dials *99# but thats as far it gets.

Can anyone advise how to resolve this problem ?

I need to be able get traffic update via GPRS

PS means Packet switched (GPRS or 3G) and CS mean circuit switched (dial-up).

maybe you select either of the two, instead of both...
