anyway i can do this online? my husband wants the phone when i get a new one but hes on o2 and its locked to orange i dont want to pay them some extortionate amount

It won't...
But there are other unlocking sites... paid, of course... But don't know which can be trusted, so someone who has already unlocked, will help...
