Transfering pictures to my K550i cell phone |

I just bought K550i and so far I'm quite thrilled though I don't know if it counts much, given it's just the first day and my previous cell phone was an old T230 Sony Ericsson.
Right now I've been trying to send some pictures from my PC to the phone for the past two hours. I managed to send pictures to my PC through the USB cable but I haven't managed the other way around.
I used the Bluetooth to connect, which proved more useful, as I could see the folders on my Internet Explorer. I copy-pasted some pics to the camera album -in the same folder where the pics I had taken with the phone already where-, and a question popped on my phone display where it wanted to know if it should allow those pics. I pressed yes, but when I went to the camera album on my phone, there where only the original photos. However, the available memory dropped from 72 to 70 MB. And I can see these pics in the folder on Win Explorer.
Please, could someone tell me where these photos have gone? |

You mean to say, that you transferred pics to mob. from PC, and can't figure out where they went... Is it so...

aatuif: Yes that's what it seems like. My available mem is less than it was before I pasted the pics.
mrao: I have no external mem. Right now I have reconnected with the bluetooth. I can still see the photos in the following path: Sony Ericsson File Manager -->[My phone's name] -->Phone memory -->Camera Album. But in my phone they are nowhere to be found :-S.

bluetooth 2.0 = ~200 kb/s (2mbps)
usb = ~150 kb/s (1.5 mbps)
memory card reader = 12 mb/s or higher depends on the model if its usb 2.0 hi-speed/highspeed then its upto 480mbps |

I just managed to do it. Well I didn't actually paste the pics in the Camera Album folder but I pasted them in the Pictures folder and they finally did show up. That should do. And I created a new folder inside the Pictures folder where I can paste pictures too. I don't know if it's normal but it seems I just can't insert any files inside the Camera Album folder. Anyway, it doesn't matter because that does the job for me.
Thank you both for the help!
