Annoying symbol on K300i |

Hi...new to the forum!!
Have just bought the k300i on a £15 a month contract today. Trouble is there is an annoying looking symbol at the top left of the screen.
It appears to be a red phone with a red arrow bouncing off of it! I've checked the manual & this symbol does not appear anywhere!!!! It's not the 'missed calls' symbol either as I've also tried that!
I did wonder if it might be something to do with the contract not being set up yet....however, T-obile have said that I am able to make calls straight away! I also phoned them regarding the account, as when you check your allowance, I am told that there is 'no allowance on this plan'!! 
Has anyone else had this problem/seen this symbol before??

Hey!!! That's the bugger!!
You Sir are a genius!!!! I salute you!!  It's odd as we have tried calling teh phone, but nothing was diverted! Anyway.....it's gone now! Thanks again!!
