Is there a future firmware dats going to disable the clock on the t68's? Are the developers going at it? Are they just too proud of their clock screensaver? Or is der a 'hacker' that can do it?
Any news? |

Well, as it hav been sed before by other irritated users, why bother having a colored screen wen its always being covered by that damn clock? It should be an option fro us and not fixed on the unit. So dats why, im curious on how to disable it. Otherwise, this unit is only a "clock with cellphone features". |

would u like ur animated screensaver to run all the time and eat your battery life? cmon guys, the clock is there for a purpose. if you want the clock to show up a lil late then i suggest uploading a longer animated screensaver on your phone (havent tried it so i dont know if that will work)

Yup. Anybody can conclude that the t68 is a CLOCK with a lot of cellphone features. Maybe then, we can look at this unit in a different way! Id be proud of this clock. I think no company in the world has ever invented a clock like this. Sony Ericsson, congratulations for inventing such a magnificent grps, wap-enabled, bluetooth CLOCK.
Hope you continue to invent more clocks like this... |

Well, i'd have to agree with you guys on this one .. Although the clock is there to tell you that your t68i has entered sleep mode (where it consumes the least amount of energy), too much of a good thing is a bad thing .. As in not being able to turn the damned thing off .. You'll get tired of it, eventually ..

Thats because the t68 is really just a clock. A clock with a lot of features. This way, you'd be amazed at it if you look at it this way. Your friends will envy you for owning such a marvelous clock. And to top it all, this clock looks like a phone!!!
