Is it not perhaps a Line 1, Line 2 problem? Or can you not choose different lines from an SE phone?

u can do it, but it depends on the operator if its support line 1, 2

that icon means, that u dont wanna take any calls from nobody. did u checked the settings?

Peterkay, go to the divert settings and turn divert off which gives this icon, you should still be able to make calls though?

Cheers Whizz and Boba, tried a master reset and deactivated all diverts but that red icon still shows! I don't know whats up with it?
