Hi! I have a new SE W810i, without any flash menu/theme. My friend has exactly the same phone, and his phone has that original. Why hasn't my phone that, and how can I get it? And maybe more flash themes or what it's called?

Is your phone branded one? If it is branded to some network maybe it is the reason why you cannot use flash themes. In that case you just need to debrand or flash it. But first, try downloading some flash themes to your phone to see if they would work.

How shall I do to "unbrand" it or "flash" it then?

A branded phone is one which has some features, menus added/modified... by the operator which supplies it... and flashing is just to bring it to it's original state or add desired 'functions'... manufacturer's settings...
