Risky to update the P990i? |

Hi
I've heard of a couple of dudes now, complaining about the update for the P990i. I even know a guy who's phone totally died after the update.
So, my question is if it's worth it to try to update? How common is it to get these kind of problems?

I've only seen a 2 or 3 failures mentioned on here that I can recall, so comparing that to the number of people who do the updates you can consider it very safe

Yes, there is allways a risk when doing an update. As allsow with install of a windows on a PC. But hey, if something go wrong you can allways reflash it again. This I have done many times now and it has never failed or break my phone. So I will say its very safe to update at home

Ok! I'll try then! Thx!
By the way, how do I "reflash" the phone, in case of a problem?
