yes there was an earthquake. originated in the Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan and was 6.3 in scale.

Mostly felt in pakistan and north india. Strong tremors in islamabad...

THEY R NOT RUMOURS
EARTHQUAKE WITH QUITE AMOUNT OF INTENSITY
()about 4 at my place in j&K)
was felt for about 3-5 seconds,,,in d mornin,,may be 11 am not sure exactly when!!!!
i was at my pc dat time
and i felt a jerk!!
thou i was not sure dat time,
my bro asked me about dat and our 3 feet dia chandlier was movind a bit
after 1 min also
god knows whats left now for north india indian people!!!!
already alot of damage occured just some time back!!!
