Woopsy! Must have copied that part from my last review.
The screen jiggles when you slide it up. So it's not super tight.\\
You can't view youtube using the browser (unless you view youtube mobile, in which case you need 3g to stream), HOWEVER, once the new flash version is released for symbian, you will be able to.

Lol!
Oh okay, so you can just easily update the flash component of Symbian? Sounds cool
Just to clarify - as I don't have a Wi-Fi enabled phone, can you use the Wi-Fi connection for the internet - as well as applications and games that used internet?
I'm really looking into a good upgrade and at the moment the N95 seems great - If I do decide though, I might just wait for the new edition
Thanks!

Yes you can, whenever you connect to the internet it will always ask you how you want to unless you choose a default connection.
Additionally, if you are connected through wifi, it will usually use that by default.

Hi. I'm new to all this new technology. I'm really eyeing the N95 and this review makes me want it even more! Anyway, my question is:
Can I use WiFi for mostly everything including GPS? I know the turn by turn directions costs money but I would just need the Maps.
Also, I had a N73 before and while it was fast for the most part, it became very slow once I bought a 2GB memory card. Does the N95 feel sluggish with higher memory cards? If I get a N95, I will want a 4GB card for movies and music. Thanks!!! |

@slyck, yes you can use wifi. and as for slownless, everything gets a bit slow, but loading images is MUCH faster with the new firmware release.
@miyagi, since i've updated i've had NO random restarts.

@amnesia
Great work just one thing i disagree with though you can watch and stream YouTube from the Video Centre over WiFi well at least i do.

many thanks Dogmann, sorry but what I was talking about was through the browser not through the phone. The browser doesn't use the latest version of flash which is what the youtube site needs

@ amnesia
You previously mentioned that this feature could be enable when the new flash version is released. I assume this upgrade would be free?
Thanks in advance

just wanted to add that Nokia really does a good job with the camera, better than expected I might say. my husband just got the N95 last Sunday (Aug 12th) and so far he's very happy with it. I'm really surprised that the pictures produced are 300px/inch. my 5MP digital camera only produces 72px/inch pictures! my webcam (creative) is only able to produce 100px/inch pictures. plus the capability to create 30fps video in mp4 format, it's really worth the price. thumbs up for Nokia N95.

Overall, do you recommend me the N95?
My budget is limited so that will be saving a little bit extra.
As far as I know, the only downsides are the camera issues and the battery.
Right now I have $$ to get the N73 (or the N76)
Is the Extra $200 worth it?
