Music on W950i through FM transmitter |

Hi all,
I have a Sony Ericsson walkman phone W950i. It's has an MP3 player built in. I want to play it in my car, so I got a Kensington FM transmitter that connects through your car lighter outlet. When music plays through that transmitter, it doesn't sound good. Certain notes and voices are distorted. I tried different channels - there are 3 - no luck. Any ideas what I could do to make the sound clearer? I can still return that transmitter if anyone has better options. I don't have a bluetooth player in my car, so that's out.
Thanks!
PS. Or, can anybody recommend on a good quality transmitter?

Yes, it sounds fine when I just play music on my phone using headphones.
So to clarify, I am just trying to play music through my car speakers. FM Transmitter is the only way I know... Are there other options? |
