Does anybody know how to contact the directors of Simply Mobiles shop in Neasden, London?

This was a discount mobile shop, that has now gone bankrupt while all the refund contracts remain unfulfilled. I am one of those unlucky customers who took out 2 Orange mobile phones with them and was due a refund this month.

I wonder if anyone else on this forum has been in the same position and can offer advice. Thanks.

Hi mammadagha

If they have already gone bankrupt you will need to write to the administrators and put in your claim. Then depending on the company's assets you will get a pay out after the preferential creditors have been paid. Which is likely to be if anything a very small percentage of what's owed sorry for the bad news.
