I use an HTC TYTN and it is great. It has 3G, HSDPA, WIFI, 2mp camera, large touchscreen and bluetooth.

the TyTN *is*great and I regret selling mine.
I only sold it because I thought a WM6 version was immininent and I had no clue that there would be an "unofficial* upgrade available for WM6
I guess the TyTN also fits your criteria though, like me, you might now want to wait a little longer for the latest WM6 devices

Is WM6 really worth upgrading to? I am considering upgrading my TYTN but will it actually give me anything extra to what WM5 does?

the full HTML support for emails alone would convince me, but Jason Langridge MVP has a WM6 - WM5.0 Comparison pdf document which is fairly detailed and worth a read

Well, I have my eyes on the E-Ten Glofish X800. It was announced at cebit 2007, but its not out yet. I'm still waiting for it. It runs on WM6 too.
