Hey guys my number keypad light just stop wornking.How do u wreken i can fix this i dnt really wna spend money and im not that good at opening my phones and un screwing things any help will be much appriciated

Try Reinstalling the battery and sim once.

It could be a case of opening the phone as it could be the keypad board has come away from the phone's motherboard slightly and needs pushing back into position.

Has any water been spilled on the keypad at all? Could be the LEDs have become corroded.

hey no water damage so do i need to unscrew my phone im really new..sorry..how do i upload a picture i pressd attach pic then after it said this is the link ect...then i pressed submit..without a picture please help..i wnt to show u what i mean by having a pic.

when you click on the attach picture button, a new windows pops up, then select browse, look for the image and then you click on upload. the picture will generate an and address, copy it and paste it in your post. if you want to disamble your k800 give a look here: http://www.formymobile.co.uk/Dismantle/k800disassembly.htm

Since it is a brand new phone, so chances of loose contacts etc. are rare. Most probably, it is a case of faulty board or leds, so it's better to take to an authorised shop. Since you can't DIY, and will be saved from warranty issues later.

Rename the image in your pc and then upload it anew...
