Phones with 3,5 jack connector |

Well, I'm looking for a new phone, which I can use as a mp3 player. Please, don't write, that I should buy a stand-alone mp3 player, I won't use it extensively, so mp3 player in a phone is ok for me.
I'd like to buy a phone with a standard 3,5 connector, no shitty reductions, no extra cabels. Which, unfortunately, means no W series (I really can't understand why they don't put a jack connector into the W series).
So, can you give me some hints about phones with the jack connector? These are I know about:
N95 (probably buying it at the beginning of the next year, when it's cheaper and with less bugs)
N76 (my actual favourite, but it's a clamshell which I dont like to much)
Motorola ROKR E2 (they don't sell it in my country + I don't like the look of this phone)
Thank you for your tips! | |

Hi lefty888
Whilst i understand you don't want extra connectors if you find a phone with a 3.5mm jack you will have to unplug it every time you need to answer a call or make a call. IMO you would be better off with either a Bluetooth stereo headset and obviously a phone that supports bluetooth stereo streaming or using a adapter that has both a 3.5mm jack and microphone. Personally i use both methods on different phone and far prefer that to having to unplug the headphone each time i need to answer or make a call.
