Just to let you know that I have come across a contact that can unlock all Nokia and Sony Ericsson Phones on the Three (3) Network.

This includes all the BB5 models (N73, N93, N80, N70 etc).

I have unlocked a few myself and can give 100% guarantee that it has worked for me all the time.

The unlocking is done remotely all that is required is the model and IMEI no.
My contact then sends a code back within 5 working days. (so far guaranteed 100% success rate and he has done over 100 so far).

Punch the code in and the phone will be unlocked.

I have seen some websites advertising this service for around £100.
I can arrange the unlocking for £40.

Only restriction is that you must not have tried putting any codes in your phone before as the new nokia phones only allow three code attempts If you have already used these up it will not accept the correct code when sent.

There is nothing questionable about unlocking phones .. unblocking however is a different story .. bu that is not what the original poster is offering.

hi,
i can appreciate your apprehension but I assure you it is not a questionable service and at the end of the day it's up to you if you need to or want to unlock your phone.

I personally think the contact I use does have connections with the 3 network hence the ability to get 100% accurate unlocking codes.

If I am not mistaken this is how 3g unlock customer phones as well via the same remote code mechanism.

or the cheaper option is to get a 3 pre pay sim... call 3 and get the code yourself for £20! With a sim it totals about £30 max lol..

Just another option for u peeps out there!

hi,
yes thats an option...but does that always work all the time.

I hear you have to register the sim and somethimes three can be funny about unlocking the phone?

anyway here is the site I was referring to which was charging an arm and a leg for the same method I have advertised:

I was under the impression that a) Getting an unlock code off 3 for a phone is near on impossible even if you are entitled to it and b) if it is a contract phone they will only deal with the original contract owner, so if you have bought the phone second hand you are stuffed.
I dont think they will provide a code for a payg handset anyway.

Yes Mike.P..I have heard three can be very arsey about unlocking phones.

When I was a contract holder..they said they would unlock for £150.
They said if I had the phone for over 12 months then they would unlock it for £15.

So for those who want to unlock a relatively new phone (n93, n73, n80) or those who want to sell them on there isn't much alternative
