Motorola LAZR Coming Soon! |

Following the footsteps of the RAZR, KRZR, and RIZR, Motorola engineers are now developing yet another slim clamshell handset which is known as the LAZR.
This chromed-out clamshell comes with a respectable 512MB memory, but that good news is offset by what is apparently a lack of any memory expansion slots. The LAZR will be powered by Linux and features a text-to-speech software which should come in handy for those who absolutely need to reply that text message or compose a business e-mail while driving. Other than that, we will just have to keep our eyes and ears peeled open for any further developments.

It may look ugly to you, but it sure looks a hell of a lot better than what SE is coming out with. |

My fascination with the entire RAZR thing lasted about 15 minutes, not even long enough to get one. Thankfully. But that OpusX lighter is sweet!

It looks nice. I have always quite liked Motorola phones except 2 things. Firstly is i can navigate the menu ok but i hate the texting. Secondly is whilst call quality is fine on their phones its never loud enough. All their phones you cannot hear a thing when your outside in a busy street. Nightmare. I am very fussy on call clarity. Oh their is a 3rd thing their cameras are poo.

Actually, the Motorolas go so loud that the volume distorts on them at Level 7.. And it's still of good quality.. That's coming from my dad's old V600, V635 and many Razrs I've had in the past.. Texting is same as SE as far as I can remember...

It is like that with call quality on all razas especially the V3X which is very quiet and dry sounding. Yes the loudest ones are v600 and v635 but most are awful i think. Also texting is nothing like SE phones or Nokia they dont use T9 and its not as quick and as easy to use. This does not mean i totally dislike their phones. I thought the V3X was very good phone.
