Ok this started happening yesterday. When ever anyone rings me the ringtone starts going off as normal, then it stops then all the pixels on the screen flash different colours or something then the phone turns itself off. Can anybody think of a reason why this is happening? thanks

Hi QVGA,

Sorry but but i think Boba is wrong if you re flash the firmware all phone data will be erased and it doesn't matter were you flash it from site wise it will get the firmware version that you phone identifies itself as coming from or belonging to.

just make a simple back up on the memory card, all your settings, sms, call lists etc will be stored, then u just have to restore it
