That's my favorite game! I always make it a point to win 3 times before sleeping (lame huh!).
It helps to not play the four cards preceeding the card you should initially start the decks you are gonna build up with. For example, when the first card for the deck is given to be a "6," I would choose not to play the 4 cards before it, which is the 5,4,3,and 2. When I say "choose not to play it," you should totally ignore it when it shows up when dealt from the deck. This would leave you to concentrate on 9 cards instead of the entire 13.
I don't know if this would help or make you more confused. lol. |

You may give an allowance of up to 5 preceeding cards, but this would sometimes spell your doom. Four cards tops would make the odds of winning quite high.
What bugs me though is when the first card for a specific suit would come out as the last card draw from the pile! Arrrrrggggggghhhhh! That really bums me out!
Enjoy playing. |

Ha ha ha! Nice to hear that! Know what? I would even count backwards with my fingers then mutter the fifth card's name followed by: "is good" (like when the first card is a three, for example, I'd say two...ace...king...queen...........jack is good ). LOL! Pretty lame huh! But works for me! Keeps me from forgetting the first card.
I just hope you don't get into the habbit of forcing yourself to win three games before going to sleep! I, for several tries, hoped to have three consecutive wins before going to sleep. But it really is just a matter of luck and judgement if you win, so I gave the crap up entirely and just concentrated on winning three times before going to bed. LOL.
Cheers to you too Mark! Glad the trick helped. |

@MarkOng: Have you tried playing it without using the joystick. For me it's much faster (though it would take some getting used to). Plus, it wouldn't overuse the poor ol' joystick.
@[C]yNo$: practice makes perfect dude. Cheers. |
