can anyone help asap. have got a d500 off a mate but scren saying phone lock, and there is a box to enter a code ......... does anyone have the code, have tried the *#7337# thing but no joy. many thanx

Did you take off the sim card to put the code? And I read it only works with only one firmware.

I think if you buy one of those clips for unlocking to any network and use that on the phone it resets the security code, though I'm not 100% sure on that!
