Very strange! The only thing I can think is that there is a problem with the ribbon cable that connects the camera to the phone's mainboard, that there could be some damage to that.
When you say certain images, what do you mean? Is it only those taken in dark conditions, or when the flash fires, or in certain modes?

By Certain I Mean Every Picture I Take Does not Turn Out like This Its Just A Few It Varies.. It Can Be Daytime Or Night Time.
Quite Annoying Really Because It Can Just Happen Randomly And A Great Picture Is Then A Rainbow. It Has Been Sent Away According To Argos And If It Can Be Repaired It will Be. If Not It will Be A Replacement
What Do You Think The Chances Are Of Getting a New K800i??
Heres Another Example.

Hmmm, so it's totally random then? My instincts still think it's a problem with the ribbon cable, which is repairable.
The phone though is obviously not working as it should, so get it sent back. I can't say whether you'd get a new one or the other one back, but at least you should get a fully working phone at the end of it hopefully!

It looks to me as if you have the camera set to Solarize in the effects menu...

Make a master reset or try to switch the preset to other than solarize |

Thanks for all the info guys!
Well for my good Argos gave me a replacement
because i had proved to them there was a fault with the phone although their repair people said there wasnt. I have noticed a few changes with the new one the camera cover is slimer and the sound seem a tiny bit better. |

The camera cover's slimmer? I don't think they've changed - unless you've been very lucky and they've given you the new K810i!
