Try:

www.threegmobile.net

and the phone called NEC N8(8800) is same as E525,
while N8000 is same as E222.
They are called differently in China.

By the way, the battery life of the E606 is 50 hours!
THat is even less than the first FOMA NEC handset, which had 55 hours standby... In reality, this means that the battery will run out of juice at tea time even if you charged it to the full in the morning!
(This is according to FOMA users in TOkyo.)

Thanks for your reply! Anyway I'm looking for specific information concerning the presence of java, the size in cm or mm and the presence of a built in hand-free speaker.
Bye

How do you know the european names of the N8 and N8000?
And how do you know the e606 only has 50 hour battery life?
Thanks..

NEC E222 has a changeable front panel, rather like Motorola V66 or Japanese SonyEricsson A3014S handsets! However, it has no MMS or java function.....

E525 does not have that. It has MMS, IrDA and syncML, but does not seem to have java.
See this link.(It's written in Chienese.)

The weight of 110g is respectable for such a sophisticated clamshell phone.

In NEC SMAU 02 site, they do advertise e222 and e525 for european market, but no information on when they will become available.
Perhaps NEC is trying to push E606 3G phone in Europe (with Hutchison3G)...

If you search Chinese sites, you can see NEC N8000 (=E222) being on sale for 6500 yuan (Chinese currency)! N8, on the otherhand, does not seem to be available yet (expected to launch within november). I am still waiting for official announcement for their launch in the UK... (otherwise it will have to be bought SIM-free through Europe).
