Gmail not keeping emails in the inbox. w850i. |

I have managed to set up gmail on my w850i UK Tmobile.
I can send and recieve without any problems but messages are nt kept in the inbox. They are gone once i return to the inbox. Any knowledge on this?
I have another account set up and do not have the same problem, |

I don't usually use gmail pop account on my k750i, but yesterday I noticed that I have this problem too. In inbox I have only the last letter. I tried gmail few months ago, and I remember that, I didn't have this problem then. |

No such problem here in india for se phones. Maybe you contact your service provider or tweak your gmail settings.
Or some settings in your phone even.

Maybe it this setting in your Gamil account.
Try checking if this is set.

Thanks for the hint. But was it something specific you had in mind with the screen shot. Obviously to be recieving pop email on my W850i I must have configured gmail's online configuration for pop mail, but the problems not recieving its specifically keeping the mails as per my original post.
I have tried altering the settings, clearly I would not have posted a request without alot of tweaking and searching.
I look forward to some knowledge on this. |

The picture was suppose to show the setting that says 'when accessed by POP the emails are moved from Inbox to Archive'. Wondered if this was what was happening. |

I have just fixed my problem.
bencomley do you have two or more pop accounts on your cell phone?
after I erased second account, it works as it should , and the messages are kept in the inbox |

I can see, you've already told that you have two accounts. I guess the one that does not keep messages is the second, am I right?
does this mean, that pop client on these phones is not intended to use with more than one accounts? |
