Hi All,
I have a w950i Sonyerricson. I am trying to pair with creative CB2530 headphones. The head phones are bluetooth 1.2 class 2 and have a2dp.
the device will pair but when i go to play music through the walkman and try to divert music from speaker to headphones i get an error message say "not enabled for this audio stream"
has anyone else found a similar problem and resolution?
cheers

Same problem and no explanation for this all over internet or SE sites.
Crap update, no solution for this problem.
My Bluetooth is BLUELINK Audio-Mate Bluetooth Stereo Headset AWBSH1 and say is working WITH this devices:
Sony Ericsson: T68i/T610/T630/Z600/P800/P900/T610/Z600/S700/S700c/K750/V800/W800/S700i/P900 .
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=AWBSH1&cat=SPK
This headset is working fine in five differents sistems(my laptop, my pda, my dongle, my audio system and my pioneer car stereo) and NOT WORKING WITH MY W950I.
Only say in my Phone , The Bluetooth device is not authorized for this audio stream.
What the hell is this?
Sorry for my english, Spanish is my native language.
Actualization:
After update lastest firmware via SE, bluetooth is conecting only version 1.2 and NOT version 2.0 + ERD.
This SE W950I is a very nice piece of CRAP |

@jamard
Welcome to esato
have you tried tapping on the bluetooth icon at the top, then using the tabs on the bluetooth page locate the CB2530 on "my Devices" tap on the CB2530 and make sure both "trust this device" and "enable as audio" are selected and see if that helps!
A lot of people here are stating that the bluetooth has been reduced on these phones, yet since updating mine i have still been able to do everything via bluetooth that i could do before, and the W950 is a pretty impressive piece of kit!
@rayitas
Where in your list does it say your headset is compatible with the W950? the phones you listed will only work as a handsfree with your headset as they dont support A2DP! I suggest if you want to listen to music through bluetooth you buy a more reputable make of stereo headset!
Hope this helps!

I dont understand!
This headset has a very very good sound and very, very, very, very loud volume and no distortion, and never change for Other(In my country, Argentina, no other way, is the unique bluetooth stereo a2dp compatible headset and the Stupid ofice SE in this country never bring the HBH-DS970).
This headset is working with 8 diferents bluetooth devices via a2dp(yesterday, i probe this headset with a nokia n-93, motorola l7e and Samsung SCH-V900) and working whitout problem with this pones.
Before i checking with my laptop(toshiba bluethoot and software), my pda(palm tungsten e2), my usb dongle in my desktop computer(cambridge silicon radio whit software bluesoleil in win-xp x64), my home theater audio system and my pioneer car stereo(premier series
DEH-P980BT) .
WHICH ONE IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE STUPID W-950 ?
ALL OF YOURS ALWAYS SAY ME THAT W-950I IS NOT THIS PROBLEM AND NEVER EXPLAIN TO ME WITH REASONS, ONLY SAY ME NONSENSE THINGS AND DONT GIVE ME TECHNICALS EXPLANATIONS.
Dont blame me if SONY ERICSSON PHONES no comply with the bluetooth specifications 100%
Thanx for yours efforts!!!!!

I have tried as you suggested and all things look good. The device is trusted the audio is enabled.
But i still get the error message that it wont stream the audio when trying to switch to headphones form the music player..
