when you slide open lens cover, there are 3 objects : lens itself,a mirror and what is that little sensor-like station under mirror??????????

is it really a light sensor for flash???i've noticed that when flash is set to auto, camera doesn' flash sometimes.....if so,i must say that it doesn't do the work pretty well, cause if you want it to have a sense, camera must be held facing directly to a light source...

another stupid question ,that hole on the middle top part of the phone, what is that?it's on many phones...

thanksss

That is indeed a light sensor. The hole on top of all SE phones is for clipping the phone into a holster.

i've already browsed that,150 pages,as far as i wasted my time i couldnt find my answer....what is that?

it is definetly not a light sensor,i tested it,while in auto flash mode,i took a pic from a 200w lamp, flash didn't fire(it seems it work as a light sensor till now)...i took another pic from the same lamp with that thing covered, this time also flash didn't fire,so that's not a light sensor...
it must be what Bobafett mentioned : "oh, the little sensor at the cam ( red light at shooting ) is the feature to measure the distance for a bright af pic " but i didnt get him(stupid huh?) red light at shooting?bright af pic?

i can't sleep,i really can't

that feature is offered on digi cams as well. for a clear pic the cam needs to focus and get the right distance for a clear pic

The red LED light is the Auto Focus Assist Lamp.
