Hmmm... trying to use the SE update service with the USB cable and when I do exactly as it says the phone will just turn on and nothing happens.

I have had a w800i before but in that phone the C button would not start the phone as it does on the w880i.

Did it work right away for you and how did you do it? Thanks for any suggestions.

You need to install USB Flash driver. Get it from www.wotanserver.com and install it. Hope it works. But are you sure that W880i is SEUS-ready at the moment yet? And to the OP, as you have created this thread, please, keep it updated with the latest findings and firmware updates.

Are there still no seriously bugs known!? It would be amazing if this new device is that stable und bugless as it seems so far...

not really that amazing I guess given that there is not much that is particularly new in the firmware compared to other recent models

As I have read in an local forum there should be one lonely reproduceable bug:

If you have selected a silent profile and answer an incoming call immediately and as soon as possible you may hear the selected ringtone for a short time.. even if the phone shouldn't ring because of the selected silent profile.

I couldn't verify this bug because I'm still waiting for my own W880i.. Is anyone here able to reproduce this bug on his phone?

I found few bugs ...

1. If you put your finger to cover the camera linse, the screen for sure will be dark but you will see RENDERS on it .. !! its not like that with other phones with same camera !! And even with some prototypes of this phone

2. If you turn off your phone and put it on charge, the right side there digts 3. 6, 9 and # are .. will flash in light orange color all the time !!!

Yet no major bugs, but still i dont know how to use this TRACK ID thingy .. lol

As there is no Ir port on this phone and hence no red LED this is what you get when the phone is on charge.

Whats the reason for that ? i didnt get it yet ? sorry but i think this orange light will make the charging continue cause its consuming battery energy ? right ?
