I ordered a t68i off the orange store last thurday and they said it would be with me within 2 working days. It hadn't come on monday so I phoned and the bloke said its been dispatched. I phoned on tue and the woman sid it hadn't and will be. On thursday, 5 working days later, they were starting to take the piss when I recieved a girls baby G watch (although free and worth £50) and still no phone although they had taken the money out of my account. I phoned on fri (yesterday) after I still hadn't got it and demanded to speak to the head manager which I did and I gave him loads of crap and eventually he said I will phone back in 10 mins and tell you exactly whats going on. True to his word he did. He said he personally saw to it that the phone is ready to be dispatched and that the MCA-20 will be dispatched with it as a gesture with good will. Pretty cool, get the £120 camera for free as well as 3 months free photo messaging. Anyway the point of this story is never buy anything off orange.co.uk's shop as you can see the hassle I got. It turned out the phone was out of stock yet they didn't even let me know and it took over 20 phone calls just to get a result. I'll let you know if the 'guarenteed' arrival of my phone on monday is true.

yeh its just a shame that you have to threaten them with legal crap and moving to vodafone to get any sort of result. |

orange are giving the camera with the phone as standard, it's just the packaged phones haven't hit the shops yet |

did you get the t68i on contract, well anyway sounds like you got a good deal in the end, very good of them to throught in a camera like that.
