Yes, in some stores they come together with your M2 instead of the Memory Stick Duo adaptor

as far as I am aware, the 1gb M2 comes with a full size memory stick adaptor whereas the 2gb comes with a duo size adaptor
if you want one separately check here or ebay

Bought a 1 GB M2. Came with 2 adapters. One for M2 -> duo, the second for duo -> full size (if I remember correctly).

Yup I bought one from play.com (sony 1Gb) that came with both MS and Ms Duo adapters.

the new ones from sony got both adaptors
but the sandisk 2gb just got the pro duo adaptor...i guess that adaptor could be inserted into the pro duo to pro adaptor .. |

In the guide says: "Compatibility is not guaranteed when using the supplied adaptor combined with another adaptor"
So my guess is better don't try it .......
